How it works
We come to you: precise measurements, type of base (slab, pedestals, stilts), sun and sea-spray exposure, site access. Free and without obligation, in Guadeloupe as in Martinique.
Layout plan, board size, laying direction, edge finishes: you receive an itemised quote, line by line, with lead times.
Properly sized joists, ventilation, ground clearance, stainless-steel screws, expansion gaps: we apply the manufacturer’s specifications — the ones that carry its warranty to 50 years above ground.
Joint inspection of the deck, care advice, document handover: the wood manufacturer’s warranty and your installation warranties in writing.
Our standard
The longevity of an Accoya deck is decided beneath the boards. The manufacturer Accsys extends its warranty to 50 years above ground when the installation follows its specifications — here they are, applied on every one of our job sites.
Ground clearance of at least 200 mm and good ventilation: this is the condition set by the manufacturer Accsys for its 50-year above-ground warranty.
Every quote states in writing which warranties apply to your project: the manufacturer Accsys’s warranty on the wood, and the warranties covering the installation work. You know who guarantees what — before you sign.
The installation warranties are detailed on the quote. The wood itself remains covered by the manufacturer Accsys’s warranty, subject to installation conditions.
