How much does a wooden deck cost in Guadeloupe or Martinique? Here are our real prices — they are public — and what moves an installation quote. No made-up ranges for show.
The short answer
Our Accoya® Color Grey boards cost €110 incl. tax per m² (8.5% VAT included), whatever the size. Delivery is a €90 flat fee up to 20 m² per order; depot pick-up is free. Installation is priced by quotation after a free site visit: its cost depends on the base, the height and site access.
The material price: public, no surprises
Our Accoya® decking boards are sold online by the m², at €110 incl. tax per m² in Color Grey, tinted through the full thickness. The price does not change with the size: the thirteen catalogue profiles — from 25 × 100 mm to 50 × 200 mm, in 4.80 m lengths — all cost the same, local 8.5% VAT included. The site’s calculator automatically adds the recommended 10% for offcuts.
A concrete example, for a 20 m² deck:
- Area to cover: 20 m² — with the 10% for offcuts, 22 m² of boards
- Boards: 22 m² × €110 = €2,420 incl. tax
- Delivery: €90 flat fee (orders up to 20 m² of usable area) — or €0 with depot pick-up
- Material total: €2,510 incl. tax delivered, or €2,420 incl. tax collected in Saint-François or Les Trois-Îlets
Above 20 m², delivery switches to freight, quoted within 48 working hours — the same applies to deliveries to Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy.
Why we don’t publish a per-m² installation price
Two 20 m² decks can call for very different structures. On a sound concrete slab, the frame is simple. On bare ground, you need pedestals or footings. On sloping land, a stilted structure. Add the deck’s height, site access, the layout plan, steps or a pool surround: an “average per-m² price” would be either misleading or padded to cover every case. We prefer a free site visit and an itemised quote — you see exactly what you are paying for.

And design a simple shape: every angle and bevelled cut adds offcuts and installation time.
